By downloading, installing or using PasteStack, you agree to these terms.
The license
A PasteStack license is a personal, non-transferable right to use PasteStack 1.x on up to two Macs you own or control. It includes every 1.x update. A future major version (such as 2.0) may need a paid upgrade. You may not resell, share, rent or publish your license key, or copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
Free beta
The beta is free for 15 days after you sign up with your email. Beta versions may contain bugs and may change or end at any time. After the beta, PasteStack stops saving and pasting new clips until you buy a license; your saved history stays on your Mac.
Payment and delivery
Prices are shown on our website: in Indian rupees (₹) for India, and in US dollars ($) elsewhere. Taxes are added or included at checkout where the law requires. PasteStack is a digital product: your license key is delivered by email, usually within minutes of payment, and the app is downloaded from our website. Nothing is shipped.
Refunds
All sales are final. See the refund policy.
Sensitive information
PasteStack records items you copy and stores them on your Mac. It is designed not to record password managers, hidden content and password fields, and it masks recognised API keys, but these protections depend on information from macOS and the app you copy from and cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing your history, excluding apps, deleting sensitive items, and pausing PasteStack when needed. Anyone with access to your Mac user account may be able to see your history.
Revoking a license
We may disable a license that is shared publicly, bought fraudulently, refunded by a payment provider, or used to break these terms.
No warranty and liability
PasteStack is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
