Refund Policy

Refunds are not allowed once a purchase is made.

PasteStack is a digital product and your license key is delivered by email straight after payment, so all sales are final. Please use the free 15-day beta to make sure PasteStack works for you before you buy.

Cancellation

A purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again.

If something went wrong

Charged twice for one purchase: email us with both order numbers and we will reverse the duplicate payment.
License email not received: check your spam folder, then email us and we will resend it.
License won't activate: email us; we will help, or move your license to another Mac.

Where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights still apply.
